- A Questionnaire which should be returned prior to the first meeting
- Initial meeting to discover more about you and your business lasting up to 6 hours
- A 10 point mutually agreed plan of action
- 4 further coaching sessions of 1 hour, working through and modifying the plan as required
- Final review of the longer term plan
